Managing Posts
Organize, edit, and oversee your content strategy.
Your dashboard is the command center for all your content. Here you can view, edit, or delete scheduled and published posts.
Filtering Content
Use the filters at the top of the Posts to sort by:
- All: View every post regardless of status.
- Posted: Content that has been successfully published.
- Scheduled: Posts waiting to be published at a future date.
- In Progress: Posts currently being processed.
- Failed: Posts that encountered errors during publishing.
Post Actions
Each post card offers quick actions to manage your strategy:
- Edit (): Update captions, media, or scheduling times for pending posts.
- View (): See the full details of your post.
- Delete (): Remove the post from your dashboard.
Important Note
Deleting a published post from this dashboard will remove it from most social platforms (like Twitter/X, Facebook). However, it will NOT delete the post from Instagram. For Instagram, you must manually delete the post within the Instagram app.
